All accounts must be settled, paid in full, on sale day. We will accept cashier's check, personal or company checks. Please have with you proper identification. Proof of insurance must be provided for drive-out permit. All checks to be made payable to: JAMES CECIL AUCTIONEERS. Removal of Items: You must remove your miscellaneous items from the sale site no later than Monday, July20, 2009, 5:00 p.m. Last day to remove vehicles is Wednesday, July 22, 5:00 p.m. Notice: The Department of Public Safety, State Police Division, reserves the right to withdraw any item from the auction.
